Shipping policy

Galway ships throughout India except for few pin code which are non-serviceable as per our logistic partners. You can check the serviceability of your area at the time of selecting your product. Also, during the checkout process, you can use our Zip Code Finder to check if it comes under serviceable area.

You can get your tracking details by calling us on our customer care number 01149149400. We dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once the order is dispatched it takes 7-8 business days for the same to get delivered.

Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue items in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products. While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.

In case the order is less than Rs 4000, then shipping charge of Rs 75 will be levied. Whereas, if the order is above Rs 4000, there will be no shipping charge.
