Contribution/Donation once made on GalwayKart.in cannot be refunded or Cancelled.

Leadvision Trading (India) Pvt. Ltd is facilitating the transaction on the platform of GalwayKart.in. The proceeds of the same shall be transferred to Shree Krishnayan Desi Gauraksha Evam Gaulok Dham Seva Samiti (Trust), Haridwar and be used for initiatives for Cow Protection and alike purposes.

Leadvision expressly disclaims any and all liability and assumes no responsibility whatsoever for consequences resulting from any actions or inactions of the aforesaid Trust.

By proceeding to donate the money, you do so at your own risk and expressly waive any and all claimes, rights of action and/or remedies (under law or otherwise) that you have against Leadvision/GalwayKart.in arising out of in connection with the aforesaid transaction.

Leadvision will not be held responsible for the issuance of 80G certificate.
