1. What is the procedure for online payment?  

1)      Login to your galwaykart account

2)      Select the products that you want to purchase

3)      Click the option of “Buy Now”

4)      Select the address/ add the address where you want the product to be delivered.

5)      Select the payment option of “Pre Paid” under Payment methods

6)      Click “Place Order”

7)      You will be directed to Payment option page. You can choose the different options for online payment- Credit/Debit card, Net banking, Wallets and PayTm Wallet. 

 

  • Credit Card-  You have to select if it is Visa, Master card or American Express.

Fill up your card details- card number, name on card. CVV number and expiry date.

 Click to “Pay Now”

You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

Submit the OTP and an order number will get generated. 

  • Debit Card- Select Debit Card Type.

Select your card from the given mentioned options- Master Card, Visa Debit Card, State Bank Maestro Card and Other Maestro Card.

Fill up your card details- card number, name on card. CVV number and expiry date.

Click to “Pay Now”

You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

Submit the OTP and an order number will get generated. 

  • Net Banking- Select your bank from where you wish to get the payment done.

Click to “Pay Now” option

Now you will be directed to your bank website wherein, you have to fill your user id and password.

You have to click on “Get OTP” option

You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number

Submit the OTP and an order number will get generated 

  • Wallets- Select your wallet Type-Airtel Money, Free Charge, HDFC Bank-PayZapp, OLA money, PhonePe/BHIM UPI and YES PAY Wallet.  

Click to “Pay Now”

You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

Submit the OTP and an order number will get generated.

  • Payu Money- Click on the option of PAYU Money
  • PayTm - You can use this payment mode via PAYTM wallets and Netbanking UPI.

Follow the steps given in the website

Complete your transaction and your order number will be generated.


2.  What are the modes of payment?

There are two modes of payment:

1)      Pre-Paid- You can choose the different options for online payment- Pre-paid and Paytm which includes Credit/Debit card, Net banking, Wallets.

2)      Pay to Franchise-  Once you select this mode of payment, you can collect your order from Franchise office and pay the amount.


3. When will my product get delivered?

It takes 7-10 working days for the product to get delivered. However, in remote areas it might take 15-18 days


4. When will IP get credited in case of Pre Paid order?

IP will get credited within 24 working hours as invoice get generated.


5. From which rank can a distributor place the order?

A distributor can place an order after achieving CD (Coral Distributor) rank. However, for RKT zone any distributor rank can place the order.


6. What is the procedure to reset password?

You can call us on our customer care number 01146277200 or email us at support@galwaykart.com with the following details

1)      Glaze customer ID

2)      Registered email id of Galwaykart


7. What is the procedure to change my registered email id?

You can email us at support@galwaykart.com with the following details

1)      Glaze customer ID

2)      Old email id of Galwaykart and the new email id


8. How to update my new number?

You can change your mobile number through Glaze website and Glaze Galway mobile app

Changes through Glaze website:

  1. Go to the homepage of Glaze website and then click on Login button. http://login.globalglaze.in/
  2. After clicking the login button you have to fill your registered email id and password.
  3. After login you will see the option of New in homepage. Now you have to click the Mobile Updation option.
  4. Click the option of Mobile Number Change Document and then you have to download the request form and take the print out.
  5. Fill the print out form and get the same attested from the franchisee and scan the original copy
  6. Again go to Mobile Updation form and you will get the option of choose file. You have to upload the scan copy and click the submit button.
  7. Now the form which you have submitted will be verified by your zone RC and the same will be verified by us. If all the criteria are fulfilled, your mobile number will get changed successfully.

Changes through Glaze Galway mobile app

If you wish to change your mobile number through mobile app, then it is mandatory to have your old mobile number.

  1. Login to your Glaze Galway mobile app through your registered ID and password.
  2. After login you have to choose Profile Option where you will get the option of Mobile Number update
  3. Now you have to enter your new mobile number twice and then click to Proceed option
  4. You will receive OTP in your old mobile number. You have to fill the OTP and click the Update option and your new mobile number will get updated successfully.

9. What if my amount is deducted from bank account and order is not placed?

In this case you have to contact our customer care agent and they will assist you.


10. Will my ID get terminated if I opt for refund.

In case product is damaged or expired then full amount will be refunded.

We follow the Rules and Regulations (Policies) for First Purchase, Re purchase, ID termination and Buy Back of Glaze.

If in case, customer willingly want the refund then their Id will get terminated. Below are the two process to be followed:

For first purchase:

  • If purchase date is from 1-20 for that we have 30 days’ return policy and full amount will be refunded. IR will be terminated if it’s not company’s fault. 
  • If purchase date is from 21 to last day of month you have to return by 20th of next month and then you will get full refund. IR will be terminated if it’s not company’s fault. 
  • Buy back refund- From 31st to 182 days in between this you return your product, you will get 75 percent of refund excluding shipping charge for first purchase and IR will be terminated.

For re purchase

If you take refund your id will get terminated.


11. Can I change the address after placing the order?

COD: Address can be changed before customer provides the confirmation.

Pre-Paid: Address can be changed before our Galwaykart customer care executive confirms the order.


12. Can I cancel my order?

COD: - After placing an order you will receive a message for order confirmation. In case you do not wish to confirm the order then you can cancel at that moment. If there is no response from your end, then your order will get cancelled automatically after 24 hours. Once the order is confirmed you cannot cancel the order.

Pre-Paid: You can cancel the order before confirmation and generation of invoice.


13. If I place a pre-paid order for different address will it get delivered?

Yes, you can get the product delivered at different address. However, the area pin code should be serviceable. You will get the option of entering your pin code on the product page. There you can check if your area comes under serviceable or non-serviceable area.


14. How will I know if my area pin code is serviceable or not?

While placing your order, you will get the option of entering your pin code on the product page then you can see if your area comes under serviceable or non-serviceable area.


15. How can I contact customer care agent?

You have to dial our customer care number 01146277200. Then you have to select the language. After that you will get 2 options. If you press 2 then you can speak to our customer care agent


16. What is the validity of offer?

You can view the validity on the offer banner.


17. How to know that my payment has been Captured and order is placed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive order confirmation notification through SMS and email. In case, you do not receive any SMS or email then you can check the same by login to your Galwaykart account and check your order number on your dashboard. 


18. Till when will my order stay in franchisee office?

Till 30 days you can do the billing of your COD order.


19. In how many pin codes do Galwaykart provides delivery?

Currently, we provide delivery in more than 15000 pin codes. We keep updating our pin code list on regular basis.


20. Can I modify my order, after the order is placed?

No, currently we do not provide the option to modify the existing order.


21. What is the Duration of OTP for creating account?

After receiving the OTP it is valid for 24 hrs. 


22. What is the process of order (COD) confirmation and auto cancellation?

After placing the order(COD), you will receive an automated message for order confirmation. There you will receive 2 option- confirmation and cancellation. You have to provide us with your preferred option by 24 hours else, the order will get cancelled automatically (after 24 hours).


23. What if my order has received at franchisee office and I did not reach to receive it?

Once the order is confirmed and still the you(customer) is not receiving it from franchisee office then Rs 100 will be charged in the next order. If this is repeated twice then your ID will get terminated or blocked from Galwaykart.
